Fix: Outlook Reminders & Flags not working after installing Office 2010 SP1

This article may interest you, if after installing Office 2010 SP1 you do not get reminders for your appointments anymore and also when you flag an item for follow-up the item will be marked as completed and the flagged items will not show in the To-Do Bar.

The cause of this issue was due to a fix that was included in the Microsoft Office 2010 SP1 release.

To resolve this issue, head over to Microsoft KB2588842, download and apply the hotfix included in the August update for Office 2010.
