Fix: Black screen during a Remote Assistance session in Windows 7

This article may interest you, if when you use a standard user account that belongs to specific groups that have some administrative privileges (e.g Backup Operators, Network Configuration Operators, or the Power Users group to log on to a computer, you request remote assistance from an administrator, the administrator initiates the remote session and during the session you experience a black screen.

This issue occurs because the standard user account is incorrectly identified as an administrator account.

When a standard user account has some administrative privileges, the standard user account is incorrectly identified as an administrator account.

To resolve this issue, Microsoft KB2614066 recommends you download and run Hotfix 376413 | 373903 solution.
