White Paper: Module for handling customer returns in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009

Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 introduces a dedicated process for handling customer returns. The return order module allows for handling customer returns in a controlled and efficient manner.

This dedicated process has a new document type—the Return order—that is built as a specialization of the sales order. The process specifies a number of steps for receiving inspecting, and disposing, of returned items.
