Fix: Outlook for Mac 2011 crashes or hangs at startup

To resolve this issue, Microsoft KB2409331 reccomends you try the following troubleshooting steps in this order:
1. Quit Outlook and all other applications
2. Open Outlook 2011 without running schedules or trying to connect to a mail server
3. Verify the Outlook Identity
4. Remove Outlook preferences
5. Clean startup or safe mode
6. Create a new user account
