Resolve: The “New” button for adding a new user is disabled in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online

This article may interest you, if when you try to add a user to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online and the “New” button is disabled.

The New button in the Users page will be disabled, if you have consumed all the licenses you have purchased. Example, if you purchase five licenses during activation and you invite four users to your CRM Online organization, you have consumed all your licenses (you + four new users).

To add new users, you need to purchase additional user licenses. Only the Billing Administrator of your CRM Online organization can purchase additional licenses.

To purchase additional licenses, do the following:
1. Click Settings > Administration > Subscription Management.
2. Click the Add Licenses button.
3. After additional licenses are purchased the New button on the Users page will be enabled to invite more users.
