Microsoft has launched a new Dynamics CRM Online Solution Center. The Solution Center is intended to help customers learn and get resolutions for recent issues.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM equips business professionals with access to customer information through a familiar Microsoft Outlook experience which helps ensure rapid user adoption and fast results.
The solution center is applicable to Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online 2011.
The primary objectives of the Solution Centre includes:
– Provide a location for support and other online content for Microsoft customers seeking such for CRM Online.
– Guide customers to learning resources and how-to content to get them started with CRM Online.
– Provide links to recent solutions.
– Make it easy for customers to locate CRM Online Resource Centers, forums and assisted support.
The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Solution Center is currently available in English only. It will be localized into additional languages in the mid-July 2011 cloud support pages refresh.
