Office 2010 Language Interface Packs (LIPs) now available in 7 Indian languages

Microsoft has released and made available for download new Office 2010 Language Interface Packs in 7 Indian local languages.

The Office Language Interface Pack (LIP) is a translated User Interface that installs on top of a copy of Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 or 2010, and can be downloaded and installed for free. With the LIP download, you can use Microsoft Excel, OneNote (Office 2010 only), Outlook, PowerPoint and Word features in a different language.

The latest Indian LIPs includes:
Assamese – অসমিয়া
Bengali (India) – বাংলা
Kannada – ಕನ್ನಡ
Malayalam (മലയാളം)
Odia – ଓଡିଆ
Punjabi – ਪੰਜਾਬੀ
Telugu – తెలుగు
