Windows 7 & Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 RTM now Available for MSDN & TechNet Subscribers

Windows 7 SP1 RTM and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 RTM are now available via MSDN and TechNet.

If you have the TechNet or MSDN subscriptions you can download from the sites where both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions are available.

The final build string for the service pack is 7601.17514.101119-1850, Microsoft has confirmed officially, which means that this particular release of Windows 7 SP1 was compiled on November 19, 2010.

MSDN and TechNet subscribers are not the only ones to get access to Windows 7 SP1 RTM today. This is also valid for business customers that have volume license agreements with Microsoft.

February 22nd, 2011 will mark the general availability of both Windows 7 SP1 RTM and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 RTM, on both Microsoft Download Center and on Windows Update.
